Try mixing Borax 20 mule team and sugar together about half and half. Borax is a real cheap detergent (about 2.97 a box at walmart) It looks similar to baking soda. I found this on multiple internet sites. I made this up just to see what would happen andI mixed Borax, sugar and Washing soda (not the same as baking soda) together in equal parts and in 24 hours all the ants were gone. Also, I have read to draw a chalk line through their track in and out and they won't cross it. I don't know if this works though. I put chalk in my garage and couldn't see them coming in after that. No more dens outside after I lightly sprinkled each ant mound with my mixture. The web said they would take the sugar and the other stuff into their den and feed it to the queen thinking both were sugar. The borax would kill her though and by that kill the entire colony. I don't know how it works, but they are gone!

First of all, find the main location where they are coming from. If you do, Spray with ant killer really good.
IF the problem is from outside in, then put a little bit of baking soda around the trim of the house of the house where they are coming in or even all around the house. I have seen other people do that...
If it does not work, buy some lottery tickets and if you win some good money, use that money to contract a insect terminator.
Good luck

I have found that terro ant bait works the best because they carry it back to the nest where it kills the whole colony. if they are small grease eating ants mix some 3 in 1 machine oil with it.
